2. Does moody's lenses come with prescription?
Yes, moody lenses are available in prescription and non-prescription. Please kindly check our FAQ page and consult your eye doctor before purchasing.
3. Why is the actual look different from website photo display?
The actual wearing effect might vary mainly due to the difference in original eye color and iris pattern. Other factors such as lighting, camera filter, eye shape, etc., might cause differences as well.
For reference, most of moody’s models have dark brown eyes, and photos are shot in well-lit studio light.
4. How to order if my two eyes have different power?
Please add two boxes, each of a different diopter, to suit your need.
5. Does moody have farsighted lenses?
No, moody doesn't provide farsighted lenses. Please kindly check your prescription before purchasing.
6. When will the lenses expire?
Our products can be stored for up to 5 years. You can find the manufacturing date (Factory Icon) and expiration date (Hourglass Icon) on the packaging.
If your order has not been processed, you can change the order information within 2 hours after completing payment, via emailing our customer service with your order number and the correct information you want to change to.
However, if your order has already been processed, we cannot change any information.
2. Why did l not receive order confirmation email?
Please kindly check your spam folder or check if the email address left was correct.
3. How to cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment, via emailing our customer service with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel.
We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.
4. What do I do if the items received do not match my order?
Please contact our customer service with your order number and picture of received items within 7 days upon parcel arrives.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your parcel online for the latest delivery information.

Tracking status will only be updated once the parcel arrives in destination country. Roughly 7 business days after you receive order confirmation.
3. How long does it take to ship to my country?
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. The estimated delivery time is between 10~15 business days.
4. Do I need to pay customs duties to receive the product?
Policies on duties and tariffs differ in different countries. It is the customers' responsibility to pay the required taxes and fees of your local government.
The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariffs. For detailed local duties and tariffs information, please kindly consult your local customs office.
Before touching your contact lens, please make sure your hands are clean and dry.
For non-daily disposable, please soak the lenses in multi-purpose contact lens solution for at least 8 hours before the first time wearing. Rub and rinse the lenses with contact lens solution before and after using.
Before putting them in, kindly check the shape of the lens to make sure it has not turned inside out.
2. Why is my vision blurry with contact lenses on?
There are two possible reasons.
1. Check if you have purchased the correct diopter and base curve according to prescription.
2. Check the shape of the lens to make sure it has not turned inside out, otherwise, it will cause discomfort, and will move around when you blink.
